Equitable School Performance Office Instructional School Plans

About Us

The Instructional School Plans (ISP) team in the Equitable School Performance Office provides schools and region offices with resources and information to support the development and implementation of the Targeted Student Population (TSP) plans. 

LAUSD schools receiving TSP funds are required to complete a TSP plan annually to communicate how they are closing the achievement and equity gaps for the students who are identified as English Learners, Low-income, and/or Foster Youth. Schools are required to engage their communities in the development of the TSP Plan for the use of these funds.
