The Equitable School Performance Office implements equity-centered systems that ensure all schools receive the specific supports and resources they need to most effectively serve their students. We employ a service model approach to support schools directly by:
- Leading school plan writing and strategic budgeting processes so schools can maximize the impact of their allocated resources,
- Developing and facilitating a data-driven culture among school leaders to inform instructional practices,
- Implementing a system to foster innovation and promote instructional flexibilities that will accelerate student achievement in key academic areas, and
- Managing data dialogue processes for schools most in need to critically reflect on improvement strategies and receive holistic support from all areas of our district.
